Joel (Joey) Ceguera,
 is the Business Services Operations Manager for
Firstmark Credit Union.
Mr. Ceguera oversees
deposit and product
development operations for
Firstmark’s commercial
account services.
Joey has approximately
16 years working in
management and over 12
years of banking
experience. He has earned
a BBA in Marketing
from University of Texas
– San Antonio and an MBA
from University of Phoenix
– San Antonio.
