• Be a greater voice for recognition of south side issues, economic development, and future growth initiatives.

Charlie Roberts is
president of SWOT
consulting services
with clients in San
Antonio that include
Mattress Firm. Charlie
has over 18 years of
hotel business in the
Marriott system and
owned and operated
MattressPro until their
merger with Mattress
Firm in 2007.
Charlie also serves as a
business counselor for
S.C.O.R.E., an arm of the
SBA for upstarts and
small businesses facing
challenges in the market
place. He also serves on
the auction committee for
the San Antonio Sports
Foundation and is Vice
President of the San
Antonio Parrot Head Club.
Charlie and his wife Sue
are San Antonio’s 2008
Mud King and Mud Queen.
