Gain Exposure and Increase Sales with Member Marketplace

Member Marketplace is a new feature on the Chamber's website where your company can offer and enjoy special deals from fellow members.

Highlights

• Member Marketplace isn't a "deal of the day" program—you can post deals at any time
• There's no cost to participate
• Deals can be viewed by anyone but only offered or reserved by members.
• There is no minimum inventory requirement.
• There's no online purchasing.
• Each time you offer a deal or use a deal, you'll earn points in a monthly competition for prizes.

Logging In for the First Time

• Click on the black bar at the top of www.sachamber.org to log in.
• Enter your professional email address under the "Registration" option.
• Create your account. Hover over "My Account" in the top, right corner and click on "Business Info."
• Fill in the information about your company, click "Save," and you're ready to create your first deal!

Creating a Deal

• Only the administrator of your company's account is permitted to post deals, update statuses, and edit business information; however, all employees are able to redeem deals.Click “+ add another deal.”
• Hover over "Deals" in the main toolbar, and click "Deals I'm Offering." Start typing in the “Deal Description” box and three options will automatically appear—choose one and fill in your description.
• Click "+ add another deal."
• Fill in the amount that the customer will pay for your deal as well as the retail value. Please note: All deals must have a monetary value.

• Fill in the customer limit, how to redeem, and fine print sections and then click "Submit."

Updating your Status

• From your Home screen, click “Write a status update or advertise your deal." This is a great place to announce new employees, link to press releases, or simply advertise your deal.
• Type your information and click “Share.”

Winning Rewards

• You’ll earn points each time you offer or redeem a deal.
• Prizes are awarded each month, and the No. 1 user wins a $200 gift card for gas at Kangaroo Express gas stations, with 11 Raleigh locations, courtesy of The Pantry, Inc.
• To see where your company stands, hover over “Rewards” in the main toolbar and click “Leaderboard.”
