San Antonio boasts the nation’s largest active duty and veteran populations, and we are proud to be home to their families, spouses and children. In line with the culture we embrace as Military City USA, our higher education institutions are nationally recognized for their support of service women and men who choose to pursue a degree as they transition into civilian life. Navigating the ins and outs of higher ed and veteran benefits systems can be confusing and intimidating, especially amidst the current challenges of COVID-19.
Join us to hear from our academic partners in higher ed, who are experts in supporting veterans and family members in everything from recruitment and enrollment to academic services and successful completion. We will focus on resources available specifically for our military affiliated students, best practices on how to apply for and obtain financial and scholarship assistance, and VA educational benefits. Log-in to receive vital information to help our military affiliated students in their journey toward higher learning!
