Join the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the City of San Antonio for a presentation of the impact that immigrants have on our economy. Data will be shared by Kate Brick, Director of State and Local Initiatives at New American Economy. A discussion will follow by a panel of experts, including Dr. Lloyd Potter, interim dean of the College of Public Policy at UTSA.

Complimentary 3 hour parking is provided in the Library parking garage located at the Soledad Street entrance on a first come first serve basis. Please bring your parking ticket into the Library to be validated. Additional parking is available on the street or surrounding surface lots.
San Antonio was selected as part of the 2019-2020 Gateways for Growth Challenge, a partnership between the New American Economy (NAE) and Welcoming America. We will receive local research on the impact immigrants have on the economy, and in addition, lead a community-informed strategic plan as a welcoming community.
This event is open and free to the public, but registration is required due to limited space.
