Early Bird Pricing on SA to DC Extended Through Cyber Monday

With the holidays upon us, we are in the giving spirit, so we are extending early bird rates for next year’s SA to DC through Cyber Monday, November 27. In 2018, SA to DC is earlier than usual, so want to ensure you make your travel plans early and lock in our special rate for the group hotel. In addition, we are almost sold out of seats on our group flight, so take advantage of our initial negotiated rate and book your travel today.

Planning for our 2018 SA to DC trip, which is chaired by Leo Gomez, President and CEO of Brooks, is well underway. In 2018, San Antonio will be celebrating its 300th anniversary. As we celebrate the past, we also have an eye toward the future of this great city, and we invite you to be a part of advocating for San Antonio during our 40th annual SA to DC, scheduled for January 29, 2018 – February 1, 2018.

Our next SA to DC planning session is Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 3:30 p.m., and will be held at the SAWS Headquarters (Tower 2, Conference Room CR-C154a, 2800 US Hwy 281N, 78212). This meeting will focus on development of white papers in support of our federal priorities.

With so many national issues at the forefront this year, such as the North American Free Trade Agreement, comprehensive tax reform, immigration reform, workforce development, and healthcare reform, it is critical that we remain engaged in the legislative process.

We will meet with Members of Congress and Administration officials and have an opportunity to spend time with other business and community leaders from San Antonio. Your presence will be invaluable as we advocate for major issues that affect the competitive future of San Antonio.

In addition to the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, our 2018 SA to DC partners include: The Free Trade Alliance of San Antonio, The North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, The San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, The San Antonio Mobility Coalition, and The South San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.

New for 2018, we are handling all registration online, and registration will close on December 29, 2017. The fee schedule for 2018 is as follows:

Registration only (no hotel or air): $1,050

Registration plus air: $1,750


Early bird rates for registration prior to November 27 are as follows:


Registration plus hotel: $1950 ($2,150 after Nov 27)

Full package (air, hotel and registration): $2,450 ($2,650 after Nov 27)
