“The Final Round” Mayoral Debate Hosted by Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the San Antonio Report Expected to Draw 600 
 
WHAT:   The top eight candidates running for mayor, as determined by rigorous criteria including fundraising and polling data, will take the stage for The Final Round Mayoral Debate hosted by the The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the San Antonio Report. Because of the tremendous interest in the upcoming mayoral election, approximately 600 San Antonians are expected to attend the debate to get clarity on the positions, priorities and qualifications of the mayoral hopefuls. Andrea Drusch, the San Antonio Report’s Government & Politics Report, will ask the candidates questions about the most important issues facing the city, including the proposed sports entertainment district (i.e., Project Marvel), affordable housing, the Ready to Work Program, economic development, infrastructure, public safety, homelessness, and much more.
