As the premier voice of the business community, the Public Policy Council connects member companies with key stakeholders at all levels of government to advocate for pro-business policies that ensure the prosperity and economic growth for our region while maintaining a great quality of life for all.
Most businesses lack the resources, time, relationships, and/or clout to advocate for supportive policy independently. We inform our members about policy developments through regular updates in meetings and newsletters. We also host events, workshops, and candidate forums to provide insights into policymaking and equip our members with the knowledge they need to engage effectively.
The Greater Chamber engages public and private sectors to position our region for economic leadership and competitiveness. By joining forces with other business and industry organizations, we strengthen our collective impact and increase our ability to influence policy decisions directly impacting the business community.
