Nexus Neurorecovery Center- San Antonio is home to our True North program which offers treatment to those who have complex medical diagnoses and behavioral challenges. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates to provide medical care, psychiatric services, and rehabilitation to meet all patient needs within a single facility. Those in our True North Program will receive the following services (when applicable) individual and family counseling, psychiatric services, check-ins with a family medicine physician, recreational therapy, music therapy, and educational support. They can also receive physical, occupational, or speech therapy services if needed. Our True North program is offered in San Antonio and Conroe, TX.

Our San Antonio location also provides our RISE program. The Nexus RISE program focuses on treating those recovering from a brain injury or spinal cord injury. Those in this program will receive physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, recreational therapy, music therapy, pharmacological review, and counseling services as needed. Our collaborative team includes physical medicine & rehabilitation (PM&R), family medicine, nurses, therapists, and counselors.
