Trapper’s Culebra features our trademark All-You-Can-Eat sushi bar, expansive menu of Trapper’s Sushi rolls and Asian fusion dishes, full bar with signature cocktails, beer, wine, and sake, a large dine-in area with patio, and excellent location in the San Antonio suburbs.  “We are thrilled to be expanding in San Antonio,” says Trapper’s Founder and Owner, Trapper O’Keeffe. “We have been welcomed by the community and received such an extremely positive response from our customers, we felt there was a strong opportunity to bring Trapper’s distinctive brand of great jobs, fantastic food, and outstanding customer service to more of San Antonio.”   Inspired by the communities we serve, fan favorite sushi rolls like the Bonney Lake, Puyallup, Mountain, and Sounder are named for Trapper’s locations and the places and things we love. Our friendly chefs are regularly creating new sushi and drink concepts to rotate into our menu, so you know you can always expect something exciting and fresh at Trapper’s.
