In accordance with the Chamber’s Bylaws, a nine-member Nominating Task Force was appointed by the Board of Directors to confirm the 2017 Chairman of the Board and to develop a proposed slate of nominees for the 2017 Chair-elect, as well as nine nominees for the 2017 Board of Directors. The Task Force will be lead by 2015 Chamber Chairman, Henry Cisneros. Task Force members include - Nominating Task Force Chairman, Henry Cisneros (CityView & 2015 Chairman of the Board); 2016 Chairman of the Board, Renée Flores (AT&T); 2016 Chair-elect, Rad Weaver (McCombs Enterprises); Past Chairman, Carri Baker; Current Board Members: Susan Pape (SA Express News), Janie Barrera (Lift Fund), and Adam Hamilton (SWRI); as well as two non-Board Members: Jonathan Gurwitz (KGB Texas) and Lisa Fullerton (A Novel Idea).
Ex-officio members of the Task Force are Richard Perez, President/CEO and Dave Petersen, Executive Vice President/COO of the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.
