Arguably one of the biggest things to happen in downtown San Antonio is the arrival of GrayStreet Partners. The group has acquired more than 260,000 square feet of space on Houston Street including the former San Antonio Children’s Museum building, highly visible space on Broadway near the Pearl and, most recently, the former San Antonio Light buildings. Why San Antonio? What’s next and how do tech, parks, the library and a sense of community play into the vision for these spaces?   Managing partner, Kevin Covey will explain why SA beat out other cities and why they are going ‘all in’ when it comes to bringing the amenities and sense of community to those who want to work and live in downtown. Join your classmates and go behind the business headlines to hear more on how downtown is about to change!   Tuesday, September 27th, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. Registration and networking 6:45 p.m. - 7:10 p.m.  Presentation by Kevin Covey 7:10 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  Additional one-on-one with GrayStreet Partners and networking   219 E.
