For the past 39 years, San Antonio has sent business and civic leaders to Washington to thank leaders and communicate to them the issues that impact our community. This year’s fly-in is scheduled for February 13-16, and we are still registering participants. We encourage you to sign up now if you haven’t already.
The areas we will focus on include: aerospace, cybersecurity, education/workforce development, energy, health care/bioscience, hospitality/tourism, immigration, trade, military affairs, manufacturing, small business, transportation and water.
Unfortunately, we have sold out of our discounted flight package but we would be happy to help you find additional flight options if you need assistance. We still have rooms at a discounted rate through the end of this week at the group hotel. This year, we have requested a tour of the White House for the group, so if you are interested in joining us, it is important that you complete the online information request by 11:35 AM Thursday, January 5. We will receive confirmation on whether our group is admitted a week or two before the event.
