During our 2016 Gala, our new Chairman Rad Weaver announced his 2017 priorities and his commitment to promoting community health and wellness. To get the year started off on the right foot and to demonstrate the importance of a healthy balance of work and play, members of the Chamber staff participated in the Kinectic Kids Walk Run Roll 2017 5K at the Wheatley Heights Sports Complex on January 21.
Eleven members of our Chamber family walked, ran, and cheered each other on as everyone crossed the finish line at the event that raises money to provide sports, recreational, and educational programs to San Antonio Children with special needs.
