On March 20, 2018, the United States Conference of Mayors and the Partner America Program will present San Antonio’s Mayor Ron Nirenberg with the Small Business Advocate Award for his dedication to the small business community of his city.
Mayor Nirenberg is committed to building San Antonio with a focus on local businesses while balancing sustainability goals. He ran on the promise of continuing San Antonio’s efforts in the development of small business to improve the local economy, and his promise to the people of San Antonio is actively coming true each and every day with over 97% of the city’s population employed by small and local businesses.
In recognition of Mayor Nirenberg’s focus on building San Antonio through small business, the Partner America Small Business Advocate award will be presented to him on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 6 – 7 p.m. at the Plaza de Armas Gallery.
