The Chamber’s Military Affairs Council, along with presenting sponsors, USAA and Texas A&M San Antonio, were excited to host the annual Fiesta Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Reception at VFW Post 76 to kick-off the Chamber’s Fiesta events. More than 100 Senior Enlisted Advisors and Non-Commissioned Officers attended the reception and received a Chamber Fiesta medal, as well as enjoyed delicious food and beverages at this festive celebration in the wonderful outdoor space overlooking the historic Riverwalk. Each Service Member in uniform received an opportunity to win a one-night hotel stay at the Marriott Northwest or a one year supply of Whataburger.
The reception, which recognizes the critical role that these leaders provide to our Nation’s Military, ensuring the welfare, readiness, and morale of our Military men and women are front and center, is a perfect opportunity to say “Thank you!” for all they do in keeping our Nation’s Military strong. Members from all branches of Active Duty Service: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard, along with their Reserve and Guard representatives, attended in a casual and fun atmosphere to build camaraderie and allow our community members to share their thanks, as well.
