The Mayor’s Housing Policy Task Force is reaching a key milestone, with the five technical working groups preparing to present recommendations to the Mayor and City Council in the coming weeks. Volunteers from the community with expertise in technical areas were asked to serve on these groups and meet regularly to prescribe policies that could address growing challenges we face regarding housing in San Antonio. Your Chamber served on the Removing Barriers to Housing Affordability and Supply Working Group.
A public meeting is set for Saturday, June 2 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the Performing Arts Auditorium at Palo Alto College.
