On Monday, September 10, the Chamber presented Rosemary Kowalski with the Pathfinder Award. The event, with more than 400 attendees, celebrated the accomplishments and legacy of Rosemary and the RK Group.
The luncheon kicked off with an opening prayer from Father Victor Valdez of San Fernando Cathedral. Chamber Chairman Shaun Kennedy, Chamber President and CEO Richard Perez, and Marilu Reyna, Executive Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications for BCFS, each shared inspiring words on the influence and impact Rosemary has had on the community. After a brief slideshow with highlights from Rosemary’s career, she charged on stage to accept the award and captivated the audience with a speech about life, family, and the importance of kindness.
We are extremely honored to have named Rosemary Kowalski as our 2018 Pathfinder recipient. As a strong female entrepreneur, Rosemary has blazed a trail for both men and women.
