Forgo the fat ol’ bird for a few days. Instead, prepare your paunch by savoring samples of brisket, chicken and ribs made by more than two dozen promising pitmaster teams.
This unique, family-friendly event in Mission County Park along the San Antonio River offers a festival-like atmosphere, including a searing barbecue cook-off, live music, kid activities and free parking! Net proceeds benefit the REAP (Residential Energy Assistance Partnership) fund.
