The San Antonio Business Journal and BBVA Compass have teamed up to find the next great idea with the Entrepreneurial Opportunity Contest. Five local finalists will pitch their ideas to a panel of judges at the Cultivating Growth: Strategies to advance your business event on May 7, and one of our Chamber members Frontline Support Solutions is in the running.
Finalists will be given five minutes to pitch their business idea followed by a five-minute Q&A with the judges. The winner, who will be announced at the event, will receive a $10,000 prize and will get the chance to compete in Nashville for the ultimate grand prize of $50,000 later this year.
In addition, friends and family have a chance to influence the outcome of the contest through an online vote. You can peruse the finalists and cast your ballot here.
