Laurel Ridge Treatment Center has launched our new Telehealth service, enabling virtual visits for patients to participate remotely in their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). IOP is designed for those requiring mental health treatment, to include continued therapy. Telehealth allows patients to receive high-quality assessments and treatment, from the comfort and convenience of their home. Telehealth utilizes a user-friendly, HIPAA-compliant video platform that fosters connectivity and supports patient and clinician interaction, including: assessments, education, interventions, monitoring, and remote admissions. Accessible using a phone, tablet or computer, Telehealth connects patients and clinicians over electronic means with video, just as they would in-person. As local mental health experts, we know that early intervention is critical in developing and re-establishing resiliency. Laurel Ridge Treatment Center’s Intensive Outpatient Program is a comprehensive treatment approach designed to assist patients in developing a plan for physical, mental, and spiritual recovery in a virtual outpatient setting. IOP helps to provide appropriate interventions through intense group therapy with a unique focus on addressing Mood-Disorders and Trauma through the use of evidence-based treatment. Our multidisciplinary teams take a collaborative approach to help ensure that each patient receives the individualized treatment they need. Patients age 18 and up, participate in group therapy for three hours a day, three days per week. The program is offered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am-12pm. To schedule an assessments, or to make a referral, please contact our Admissions Department at 210-491-3591 or visit our laurelridgetc.com. Here at Laurel Ridge Treatment Center, we remain committed to helping the San Antonio community on their wellness journey.
