On Wednesday, the Chamber recognized World Health Day by hosting a free webinar, A Safe & Healthy Return to Work, in partnership with the Metropolitan Health District, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the South Chamber of Commerce, and the West Chamber of Commerce. Metro Health’s Assistant Director, Dr. Anita Kurian, provided the most recent Centers for Disease Control and local health guidelines for returning to work following the pandemic.
Highlighting the decreasing COVID cases in San Antonio and an increase in the number of vaccinated San Antonians, Dr. Kurian shared strategies to help businesses return remote employees to the office. Participants were also able to ask questions on how to safely and practically return to work and begin our regional economic recovery in earnest.
Dr. Kurian’s valuable insights during the presentation and the great resources shared are great tools for enabling a safe and healthy return to work.
