The Board of Trustees is accountable for the long-term performance and decisions that affect the viability and sustainability of CPS Energy. The role of the Board is to provide valuable guidance and input to senior leaders who are responsible for sustaining a successful business entity that serves customers, employees, and the San Antonio community.
The Board has full authority to make rules and regulations governing the furnishing of electric and gas service and full authority with reference to making extensions, improvements, and additions to CPS Energy electric and gas systems, and to adopt rules for the orderly handling of CPS Energy affairs.
