San Antonio’s rich Hispanic culture meets the sea at Fiesta del Mar! The newest SeaWorld tradition comes alive every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with the vibrant colors, smells, and sounds of old Mexico. Guests will enjoy the familiar sounds of violins and vocals from authentic mariachi bands, colorful flamenco performances and indulge in their favorite Mexican food and drinks. This limited time cultural celebration runs Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from August 27 through September 5 as well as Labor Day, Monday, September 6.
Fiesta del Mar lets guests celebrate the rich traditions of San Antonio. A Fiesta del Mar chef-created menu includes nachos, tacos, tostadas, roasted corn, churros, mangonadas, and the ever-popular San Antonio favorite, chicken-on-a-stick! Guests can choose from an assortment of refreshing adult beverages including margaritas, Horchata with rum, Modelo, Modelo Negra, Dos Equis, and Tecate beers, as well as a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. The celebration also includes a Fiesta del Mar Market with themed merchandise, recuerdos (souvenirs), medals and more. Live music will fill the air with musical acts including Mariachi Melodicos, Vivo, Mariachis Las Altenas, and Faison Folklorico!
Fiesta Del Mar will also feature its own special collectible medal. This staple of any fiesta celebration features SeaWorld San Antonio’s iconic arches emblazoned with the Fiesta Del Mar logo. After a day of festive fun, the night sky will come to life with the Fiesta del Mar Fireworks finale. This jaw-dropping show features a Folklorico dancer pre-show and a colorful finale of vivid flames, sparks, and fireworks all set to Latin music. This fireworks spectacular can be viewed from seating at Bayside Stadium, around the banks of the water ski lake, including at the new Lone Star Lakeside Bar, and throughout the park.
