The San Antonio Chamber of Commerce is proud to once again present Best Place for Working Parents® San Antonio. This initiative recognizes family-friendly workplaces in the San Antonio region and aims to raise awareness of the importance of family-friendly benefits and policies for employers and workers. Local employers can support their employees in a variety of ways, ranging from providing assistance with finding high-quality child care all the way to paying for child care as an employee benefit. This is not a one size fits all solution, so we encourage you to take the short and simple self-assessment and discover where your organization stands. Through the assessment, you can compare your company’s policies to other similar-sized organizations and see if you qualify for a Best Place for Working Parents® designation. Businesses that achieve the designation will be automatically notified and receive a digital badge to use on their website, social media, and print as a Best Place for Working Parents®. If you aren’t yet ready for this designation, then your team has a place to start planning.
