The San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Economic development Council hosted the President of the Texas Association of Business (TAB) Glenn Hamer on Tuesday to discuss supply chain security and resiliency in our state. Council Chair, Charlie Weil, VP Transwestern, hosted a panel consisting of Hamer and TIP Strategies consultants Alex Cooke and Victoria Wilson, who led a great discussion on emerging industries in Texas. The TIP Consultants also asked Council members about their thoughts on industries in San Antonio and how supply chain disruptions can affect the Alamo City. The panel was part of a state-wide effort by TAB to build a document to describe the opportunities Texas has in business and how supply chain improvements can aid economic development for years to come.
