During the Chamber’s recent Annual Member Meeting, Interim President and CEO Dave Petersen shared the Chamber has been working to implement a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, GrowthZone. The new system will allow us to better maintain member information, set communication preferences, use market segmentation to better facilitate our communications strategy, and streamline all Chamber communications to maximize your member experience. 

With the new software, members will have access to an information HUB that will assist in: 

  • Registering for chamber events 
  • Connecting with other members through our online member directory 
  • Updating directory listings, including adding logos, promotions, and social media channels 
  • Adding members to member discounts 
  • Adding member news and community calendar items 
  • Viewing and paying invoices 
  • Setting your communication preferences 
  • Joining our mailing lists and more  

All Chamber members will receive an email on Monday, August 14 with information and details on how to create an account and log in to the new system. 

This is just the beginning of the technological improvements your Greater San Antonio Chamber is making. Be on the lookout for a new app to better connect you to Chamber resources and more.
