Executive Leadership Program
San Antonio, TX — [December 20, 2023] — The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce announces the launch of its highly-anticipated Executive Leadership Program. This innovative program is designed to welcome and support new C-suite-level executives as they transition into the San Antonio region.
The Executive Leadership Program is an immersion into the critical issues facing the region, introducing participants to top community leaders actively addressing these challenges. The program encompasses various key areas of interest, including infrastructure support, transportation, utilities, cybersecurity, and quality of life issues such as affordable housing, education, workforce development, and healthcare. It also covers business-focused topics, such as the region's economic vitality, growing industries, and future opportunities.
Participants will gain a deep understanding of our region’s formal and informal decision-making channels within its economic, political, and civic structure. Additionally, the program aims to support the group in establishing and developing relationships with fellow executives new to the region, fostering a strong sense of community.

Participation in the Executive Leadership Program is by nomination, and eligible candidates comprise members in good standing at the Board of Investor level and above. The ideal participant should be new to their role or the Alamo Region, having taken on their position within the past year.
Each cohort in the Executive Leadership Program is thoughtfully limited to just 10 participants to ensure an intimate and highly engaging learning experience.
