Applications are now open for Cohort 2 of The Greater Chamber’s Executive Connections: San Antonio (EC:SA) Program. Designed for senior-level executives, the program creates experiences that provide a swift understanding and broad orientation into San Antonio’s unique community with important connections and relationships needed to be successful. An immersion into the region's critical issues, the Executive Connections: San Antonio Program introduces participants to top community leaders actively addressing these challenges. The carefully-curated program encompasses business-focused topics, including the region's economic vitality, growing industries, and future opportunities. Applications for the upcoming cohort are now being accepted, with limited space available for qualified senior-level executives committed to making a meaningful impact in San Antonio
Eligibility Criteria:
- A newly-relocated or recently promoted senior level executive in the San Antonio area at the time of the application.
- Must be a member in good standing of the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. Failure to remain a member-in-good standing will jeopardize participation in EC:SA.
Selection Criteria:
- Show a sincere interest in and commitment to improving the community through professional business advocacy and personal involvement and engagement.
- Have the desire to increase service to the business community through holding key leadership positions.
- Present a clear vision for the development and growth of San Antonio's business community.
- Attend and actively participate in Councils and Committees of the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.
Program Cost:
- With the completed application, applicants must submit payment of a $100 non-refundable application fee.
- Class members accepted into EC:SA must submit a non-refundable tuition fee of $5,000.00.

Participants gain a broad orientation to our community, an understanding of its unique opportunities and challenges, and access to the relationships needed to succeed.
Through an immersion into San Antonio’s most pressing issues, EC:SA introduces leaders to decision-makers driving progress across business and civic life. The program covers economic vitality, emerging industries, and future growth, as well as critical civic topics such as infrastructure, transportation, utilities, military affairs, housing, education, workforce, and healthcare.
Built on high-impact, peer-to-peer engagement, EC:SA is designed to accelerate both professional success and community impact—helping leaders strengthen their organizations while contributing to San Antonio’s continued growth.
