1. Why is Greater Chamber issuing a December 1 invoice instead of an anniversary invoice?
The Greater Chamber is moving from anniversary renewals to calendar-year billing. Your transition invoice covers the additional period needed beyond your paid-through date to align your membership through December 31, 2027. Payment is due January 1, 2027.
2. I already paid for my Greater Chamber membership. Am I paying for the same months twice?
No. Your current Greater Chamber paid-through date will be honored. The transition invoice covers only additional months beyond that date. Contact the membership team if the coverage or amount does not match your records.
3. How do I know what I am paying for and when it is due?
Your invoice identifies the additional coverage dates, prorated amount, and payment deadline. Greater Chamber’s membership team can explain the calculation and review your account if you have recently renewed or have questions.
4. What happens after the transition period?
Your Greater Chamber membership will align through December 31, 2027. Beginning in 2028, renewal coverage follows the January–December calendar year, subject to any future approved changes communicated to members.
5. Is this invoice a charge for the merger or a combined chamber membership?
No. This invoice is for your Greater Chamber membership only and reflects Greater Chamber’s change to its renewal schedule. The potential merger is a separate process. Your invoice is not for a combined chamber membership.
