The Junior League of San Antonio is looking for a few good women to join their ranks. The organization is in the middle of their annual membership drive and those interested can register via their website www.jlsa.org/join-us/become-a-member/. Membership to the League closes on March 1, 2017.   Eligible applicants must be 23 years of age by March 31, 2017, reside in Bexar Count or its contiguous counties. Additionally, they must demonstrate an interest to voluntarism and a commitment to community service and developing her potential for voluntary community participation.   For more than 90 years, the Junior League of San Antonio, Inc has been committed to creating a positive change in our community by promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action of trained volunteers. Comprised of more than 1,200 women the organization supports more than 60 non-profit agencies annually by providing volunteers and necessary funding.
