Second SA to DC Planning Meeting on Monday, October 15

Join the next SA to DC planning meeting on Monday, October 15 at 3:30 PM at our Northside Business Center located at 1100 NW Loop 410, Suite 109. On September 17, our Co-Chairs Kathy Garcia and Juan Antonio Flores kicked off next year’s planning by sharing their vision for SA to DC 2019: San Antonio is a city of innovation! Please plan on joining us in Washington, DC for our 41^st annual SA to DC February 4-7, 2019.  A few items to note:

• If you have not yet registered for SA to DC 2019, please consider doing so in the coming weeks. You can register and gather information at our event page. Registration takes two steps: the first is paying through this provided link, followed by completing a registration form sent by email in your payment confirmation.
• The planning meetings are arranged for issue teams to work on planning for advocacy while in DC. Important updates to the program and logistics are provided by staff. If you are interested in learning how you can get involved, consider attending one of our planning meetings.
• Additional 2018 planning dates are November 14 and December 10, both at 3:30 PM in the same location of 1100 NW Loop 410, Suite 109.
