- $10.0 million to replace the aging air control tower at Kelly Field, which supports the growing aerospace industry and military missions;
- $1.4 billion in Impact Aid which makes up a significant part of the total budgets for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) grade school education--Ft. Sam Houston ISD, Lackland ISD, and Randolph Field ISD;
- $1.5 million for Mitchell Lake improvements; and
- $15.0 million for reimbursements to Bexar County for Mission Reach Ecosystem Restoration and Recreation Project.
