The San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the City of San Antonio hosted a virtual cyber trade mission working with the City of Montreal and the Montreal Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday. The Montreal team featured three cybersecurity companies interested in business in San Antonio. Some had an established track record in the United States and others were looking to work with American companies for the first time.
After an initial pursuit of some obvious academic collaborations with UTSA, the private sector agreed to continue to collaborate and explore opportunities through the San Antonio Chamber’s Cybersecurity Council. The continuing partnership between the City and the Chamber is expanding international opportunities for San Antonio businesses. Watch for additional international business opportunities with Ontario and Spain in the next few months!
