The San Antonio Chamber of Commerce will hold its next Economic Development Council on Monday, April 25 at 3 p.m. and feature a discussion with some of San Antonio’s healthcare industry leaders. Council Chair Charlie Weil, Vice President at Transwestern, will engage a panel featuring David Foncesca, newly appointed CEO of VelocityTX, and Larry Schlessinger, President at Texas Biomedical Research Institute. The panel will share where San Antonio is on innovation in the healthcare and biomedicine sectors and what the future holds. The Council meeting will be held at the Chamber’s Northside Business Center at 1100 NW Loop 410, Suite 109 in Castle Hills.
