The I-35 Northeast Expansion (NEX) Central Project will continue construction this week. This 9.5-mile transportation improvement project, from I-410 North in Bexar County to FM 3009 in Guadalupe County, will have three elevated lanes in both directions, including high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes, and will incorporate flyovers to I-410 North and Loop 1604 West.

Please note that TxDOT will be giving 48-hour notice for lane closures and traffic switched that will be in place for less than 24 hours and a 14-day notice will be given for closures and traffic switched in place for more than 24 hours.
