If you haven’t already applied, we encourage you to check out BizConnect, a business development and mentorship program offered by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce to fuel the growth of woman, veteran, and minority-owned small businesses. BizConnect provides business owners with coaching, networking opportunities, and financial assistance to advance their economic mobility and resiliency.
We are now seeking woman, veteran, and minority-owned small business applicants for the program that meet the following criteria:
- Employ between 3-20 individuals, including the owner, full- and part-time employees, and contractors working under a 1099 agreement for your business
- Not be part of a franchise brand with more than twenty-five (25) corporate-owned stores, or more than two hundred and fifty (250) stores in total
- Be located in an economically vulnerable community (**Enter your zip code under the “See If Your Business Qualifies” section of this website to determine your eligibility**)

If you’re accepted to the program, you’ll receive the following benefits:
- Access to mentorship from local business leaders and fellow entrepreneurs in your region
- In-person seminar-style classes hosted by local subject matter experts and coaches that cover key business issues like generating revenue, online marketing, and other relevant topics
- Network-building and connecting with other businesses in the San Antonio area
- Opportunities to meet with local industry leaders and prospective partners
- $3,500 in financial assistance
