Leadership San Antonio (LSA) continues to boast a proud legacy of talented, passionate, and inspiring alumni, now over 2000 strong. It is considered the premier program for existing and emerging leaders in Bexar County and surrounding areas. “As we head into LSA’s 48th Class in 2024, we are excited to recruit future participants who have an interest in making the Alamo Region a better place to live and do business,” says Lori Stinson, Vice President of Military Affairs and Leadership Development for the Greater San Antonio Chamber.
LSA is a partnership program between the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce with the goal of educating and motivating business leaders to become involved in the Chambers’ Councils and Committees, be an advocate for the business community, and spark a volunteer spirit in local community, boards, and programs.
Through the LSA process, participants gain insight from present and future decision-makers in both the public and private sectors and immerse themselves in topics that will help them lead San Antonio into the future. LSA class participants are selected from all segments of the community and must have demonstrated leadership and held responsible positions in their chosen profession. LSA seeks individuals who are dedicated to serving their community and applicants must exhibit a genuine commitment and desire to increase their level of service by assuming key leadership positions in the Chambers and in the community.
Applications are open now through Monday, October 16, 2023 and can be found by clicking here. Full details on eligibility and application criteria are listed on the application, as well as by visiting the website at https://www.leadershipsa.org/how-to-apply/.

LSA 48 will kick off with a Welcome Reception at the end of November and an overnight Opening Retreat in January, with class days once per month and planning sessions through October 2024.
