The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Welcomes Tom Troy, USAA Chief Transformation Officer, to the 2024 Executive Board
San Antonio, TX - February 29, 2024 - The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the appointment of Tom Troy, Chief Transformation Officer at USAA, to the 2024 Executive Board.
Tom joined USAA as its Chief Transformation Officer in September 2023, reporting to USAA’s President and CEO Wayne Peacock. In his newly established position, Tom spearheads USAA's transformative initiatives while providing strategic oversight to the corporate development team.
Before joining USAA, he served as the President and CEO of California-based CSAA Insurance Group for four years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in revolutionizing CSAA's approach to product management, technology utilization, and service delivery. His visionary leadership and commitment to innovation significantly contributed to the company's growth and success.

Mr. Troy will officially assume his role in the Greater San Antonio Chamber Executive Board at the beginning of March.
