The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Appoints Bryan Logan (COL, U.S. Army Retired) as Vice President of Military Affairs & Senior Military Advisor
San Antonio, TX [August 19, 2024] - The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce proudly announces the appointment of retired United States Army Colonel Bryan Logan as Vice President of Military Affairs & Senior Military Advisor. COL Logan brings over 27 years of distinguished service in the United States Army, where he served as an Armor officer in various command and staff positions. His extensive experience includes deployments to Bosnia and two tours to Iraq in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn.
In his most recent role, COL Logan served as the Deputy Commander for Joint Base San Antonio, where he played a critical role in overseeing the largest installation within the Department of Defense. His responsibilities included strategic communication, operational planning, and program management, all of which contributed to successfully managing the base’s complex operations.
COL Logan’s expertise extends beyond his military career. He has been influential in building and maintaining strong connections between the business community and military organizations in San Antonio. His dedication to promoting the military’s presence in the region and ensuring the welfare of service members and their families has made him a respected leader in both the military and civilian spheres.

COL Logan holds two Master’s Degrees in National Security Strategy from the Army and Navy War Colleges. He actively supports military and community initiatives, further demonstrating his commitment to service and leadership.
