The Greater San Antonio Chamber has launched its second cohort of the highly anticipated Executive Connections: San Antonio program.
This innovative program creates experiences to help newly relocated or recently promoted senior-level executives transition more effectively into their leadership roles and the community. It also provides participants with a swift understanding of San Antonio’s unique community and the ability to establish important connections and relationships that can help them continue to succeed.
“The Executive Connections: San Antonio program has already established itself as a trusted resource for business leaders in our region in driving connectedness across industries and as a valuable resource for those looking to move their businesses and our region forward,” said Katie Harvey, 2026 EC:SA Chairwoman. “These accomplished leaders bring fresh perspectives, diverse experiences, and tremendous potential to our business community, while building meaningful relationships, discovering opportunities to serve, and becoming connected to the people and organizations shaping our city’s future.”

The program immerses participants into the region's critical issues and introduces them to top community leaders actively addressing these challenges. Programming revolves around key civic issues, including infrastructure support, transportation, utilities, military affairs, and quality of life topics such as affordable housing, education, workforce development, and healthcare.
Executive Connections: San Antonio represents a unique opportunity to become more engaged with our thriving community, while simultaneously forging connections with key leaders shaping the region's future. The initiative is built around the idea of high-impact, peer-to-peer engagement and aims to help drive businesses and the community forward in a meaningful and impactful way.
