Since 1975, Leadership San Antonio has brought together leaders from across our region to explore the issues shaping San Antonio, build meaningful relationships and strengthen civic and community engagement. More than 2,000 leaders have graduated from LSA over the past five decades.

Since 1992, the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber has partnered with the Greater Chamber to co-host LSA, expanding the program’s reach and bringing diverse perspectives together.
