Since 1894, the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, along with the support and contributions of our members, has been propelling business success and impacting San Antonio’s military installations, infrastructure, economic development, workforce, and more. The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce is the preeminent voice of the business community and moves the collective thinking of our members into action.
The Greater San Antonio Chamber hosted its annual State of the City event on April 14, 2026, bringing together business and community leaders at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts in downtown San Antonio. The event, a cornerstone of The Chamber’s programming, connects the business community with civic leadership while highlighting priorities shaping the region’s future.
Greater San Antonio Chamber employees and members took part in a variety of Fiesta events this year, celebrating the city’s rich culture while supporting the charitable causes that benefit from the 11-day festival.
U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar who represents Texas’ 28th Congressional District recently secured language in the markup of the FY2027 Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations bill to support continued planning for a new veterans medical center in San Antonio.

For more than 40 years, the San Antonio Chamber has proudly led thousands of members of our business community and elected officials on our annual SA to DC trip to advocate for our region’s economic prosperity.
